Porth y Swnt, Aberdaron for the National Trust

A commission for V&O which ran from late 2011 to spring 2014., to devise a strategy for interpreting the culture and landscape of the western Llyn Peninsula in Wales. The concept evolved as a journey from dark to light, from the geological to cultural, using Welsh poetry to articulate ideas about language, industry, spirituality and domestic life. We designed the interior spaces and several of the installations as well as commissioning other artists to contribute works.
